Established in 2018, AyFish specialise in the production of large Rainbow Trout and Beluga Sturgeons. Ayfish farms across Turkey allow annual production of over 10,000 tonnes.

AyFish Rainbow Trout
AyFish Rainbow Trout stand out due to its quality, which comes from superior shape, size and taste. Ayfish Rainbow Trout are grown up to 8kg in roughly 2 years. Since hitting the market in April 2020, around 8000 tonnes of Ayfish Rainbow Trout has been sold worldwide.
AyFish Sturgeons
Ayfish Sturgeons consist mainly of Beluga (Huso huso). Sturgeons are currently in growth stage, therefore we do not sell the meat or black caviar just yet. Beluga Sturgeons currently weigh around 80 kg and are expected to reach 300 kg by maturity.
