AyFish Rainbow Trout can be differentiated due to its superior quality. Rainbow trout eggs come from our partner company in France. These eggs are specifically chosen to produce rainbow trout with superior shape, size and taste.

Later, rainbow trout eggs are imported to our hatchery, located in Muğla, Turkey. Here, our professional veterinarian and his crew take care of the fish at this crucial stage of growth. We use probiotics at the hatchery in order to increase immunity and prevent antibiotic use in the future.

Between 10-50 grams, fish are transferred to our farms around Turkey. At higher weights, we also grow rainbow trout at the Black Sea with our partners. AyFish Rainbow Trout are grown up to 10 kg and sold to our customers based on their specific orders.

Ayfish Sturgeons are grown in Keban dam that provide the ideal conditions for this spectacular group of fish. Sturgeons are the most endangered species group on earth. Our experienced sturgeon crew are providing the optimal conditions for their growth and reproduction to produce the best for our customers as well as being self-dependant on increasing the number of sturgeons.

Currently, AyFish Sturgeons are at the growth stage. Within 3 years, we are planning to stock around 2000 tonnes of sturgeons. AyFish Sturgeons and AyFish Black Caviar are expected to enter the market within 3 years.

• Daily dives to clean out the cages
• Spread out fish in cages to allow room for more movement and therefore improve health and well-being
• Carefully calculated feeding times and amounts
• Frequent checks and analyses for a timely intervention of possible diseases or problems
• Regularly washing and changing cage nets for improved water flow and cleanliness inside cages.
